About Unwinding the Imprints of Disease

What if the illnesses, pain, and suffering that we carry are not solely our own or of this time?

Meaning that the health issues faced today may be from long ago. The truth is that we can carry messages of the past, including the physical and emotional traumas of our ancestors, housed within our DNA. You might wonder how this is possible. It occurs if their traumas were severe enough and, more importantly, unreconciled when the survival messages were imprinted and transmitted onto future generations. This occurs through the delicate relationship between nature (genes) and nurture (environment), called epigenetics, where the past is written upon the future lineage in the hope of reconciliation.

For years, there has been minimal research on lineage trauma, but we can now quantify and trace these truths through modern research. And the most important part is that we know how to transform and heal these traumas.

Lineage trauma was not something I set out looking for on the bodies of children and grandchildren. It found me as I sat across from patients who shared their histories and symptoms. Because they were open and provided excellent accounts, I began repeatedly observing these lineage imprints that existed beyond modern medical knowledge. The truth is that our bodies are amazing repositories of past knowledge and provide equally valuable insight for healing ourselves and our lineage.
