Blending Clinical Science with Human Stories
This book doesn’t remain in the theoretical realm. It’s rich with patient narratives—such as one case of a woman plagued by recurring, ominous dreams, which ultimately traced back to her father’s wartime trauma—the kind of story that deeply illustrates how our bodies can hold ancestral memories. As a reader, I began wanting to investigate my own generational history! Definitely worth the read!!!

Absolutely fascinating. Dr. Hollon has a unique background with her MPH and ND where she has the training and academic background to understand the science of what’s going on and she explains it so well in this masterpiece.
